Banyan Tree Lijiang
 

Introduction
Opened in 2006, Banyan Tree Lijiang featuring 55 villas is located 2,400 meters above sea level in the heart of Yunnan, China. The resort features townhouses, jet-pool villas, and pool villas located close to Lijiang’s Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Responsible Development
During construction, the resort relied on locally produced and available materials (Naxi bricks and tiles), reflecting the local heritage and culture.
